Join us as Dr. Matthew Warshauer will discuss his recently-published book, Connecticut in the American Civil War, a history which encompasses Connecticut’s involvement on both the battlefield and home front, and includes complex stories of political parties and questions about racial policy. Dr. Warshauer is Professor of History at CCSU and Co-Chair of the Connecticut Civil War Commemoration Commission.
