Film Screening @ the Fairfield Public Library

The Fairfield Public Library will be hosting a screening of the film, Hungry for Change on Wednesday, September 26 at 2:00 p.m.  The film will be shown in the Rotary Room of the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.

Hungry for Change exposes shocking secrets the diet, weight loss and food industry don’t want you to know about.  Are there deceptive strategies designed to keep you craving more and could the foods we are eating actually keep us stuck in the diet trap?  This is the first film in its genre to really empower and provide practical and realistic solutions.  Find out what’s keeping you from having the body and health you deserve.
