Whether you are taking the SAT soon or you are planning for next year, learn how to make your next test the last one you’ll ever need to take. Back by popular demand, standardized testing expert Rick Bolton will teach an SAT strategies session on Sunday, January 29 and again on Sunday, February 12, both from 2:30-5 pm, Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road. Each session will cover all three sections of the test -- Critical Reading, Math and Writing. Bolton will help students understand how the SAT is developed, how the questions are constructed and how to use multiple techniques and strategies to reach the correct answer.
Rick Bolton, BA, MBA, is a former executive for TestU.com and PrepMe.com, leading online test prep services. A former instructor at Kaplan for the LSAT, GMAT, GRE and SAT, he is currently working on a dissertation on the effects of motivation on standardized test performance as part of a doctorate in Educational Leadership at Southern Connecticut State University.
