Learn about Facebook @ the Fairfield Public Library

The popular social media class, Mid-Day with Merry, continues this fall at the Fairfield Public Library, on September 21 at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.  This month a session giving an overview of Facebook will be held in the Rotary Room during the noon hour.

Merry Uk,  BSc Computer Science, MSc Information Technology, MSc, Library and Information Science is the Fairfield Public Library and Town Webmaster.  Merry lends her enthusiasm for emerging technologies in our daily lives and applies her deep knowledge when working for the Library or when she is presenting to patrons or peers. This is a quick overview perfect for your lunch hour where you will learn the basics of setting up a Facebook account, adding friends, sending messages, privacy settings and much more.  Bring your questions to this tech guru.
