Do you want to decrease your stress and learn new ways to deal with all that motherhood throws your way?

Do you want to reduce the chaos that comes with kids?

Join others in a Mothers Support Group run by a Marriage and Family Therapist and mother of twins, Lenore Pranzo.

Group objectives:

  1. Reduce stress and learn new coping strategies
  2. Debunk the Supermom myth
  3. How to take the best of how you were parented and modify to fit you
  4. How different parenting styles are not harmful to your kids
  5. How to work through marriage strain

$50 per session, prepaid discounts available.
