Reinvent Your Financial Future @ the Fairfield Public Library -- Shopping Smart: Online Couponing

In this difficult economy, we are all looking for new ways to save.  If you thought couponing was just clipping grocery items from the paper, come explore the new world of online couponing where the savings are on dining out, fun events and retail stores.   Attend this hands-on workshop and learn about Coupons.com and a host of other online sites such as Groupon, LivingSocial, Retail-Me-Not, Amazon’s Subscribe-and-Save and Fairfield Coupon.  Discover a new (and maybe fun!) way to save.  This program will take place Saturday, June 2 at 11:00 am at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.

The presenter for this program is Marilyn Zelinsky-Syarto, a journalist and consumer expert.

From May through July, the Library will be providing a variety of programs focusing on critical topics that affect personal finance through the Reinvent Your Financial Future @ The Fairfield Public Library series.  Topics include Social Security, Medicare, budgeting, stock market basics, choosing a financial planner, beginner portfolio management, long term care planning and more.  Everyone is invited to participate.  Join us and find out about “Bonus Bucks”.  Please visit the Library website www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org  to see the full schedule of programs.  This series is made possible by a grant from the FINRA Investor Education Foundation through Smart investing@your library®, a partnership with the American Library Association.
