Reinvent Your Financial Future @ the Fairfield Public Library -- Second Session Kickoff with Laura Adams

The second session of the Reinvent Your Financial Future @ the Fairfield Public Library program is being launched with financial expert Laura Adams.  The Library is able to offer this important financial literacy series through a grant awarded by the FINRA Investor Education Foundation through Smart investing@your library®, a partnership with the American Library Association.
 
Adams talk, Master Your Money:  Activate a 5-Step Program to Build Wealth and Achieve Financial Security, is  aimed at helping you take control of your finances by following five concrete steps.  Learn what to do, why to do it and in what order.  Having a clear financial path allows you to make the most of your money.  Adams is the author of the award-winning book Money Girl’s Smart Moves to Grow Rich and is the host of the Money Girl podcast, a top-10 show on iTunes.  This event will take place Thursday, September 13 at 7 pm in the Rotary Room at the Main Library.
  
From September through December the Library will offer 25 programs focused on critical topics that affect personal finance including budgeting, basic and advanced investing , estate planning, Social Security, Medicare, long term care planning, and more.  Attendance at programs earns you “Bonus Bucks” redeemable for prizes.
