Psychology Club Advisor Deirdre Yeater, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychology, is excited to bring awareness to the SHU community. “I fully support the efforts of the Club to raise awareness on what is one of the most pressing issues facing young women in our community. The students in the Psychology and Sociology Clubs have worked extremely hard to raise awareness. They have planned a wonderful day of presentations to provide information on domestic and dating violence, as well as sexual assault,” she said.

Donations are welcomed and will go directly to the Center for Women and Families in Bridgeport, CT.
