Support Relay for Life at Fairfield Ludlowe Fashion Show Wednesday

The fashion show starts at 7:30 p.m. in Ludlowe High School's cafeteria.

Support student-made fashion and Relay for Life at Fairfield Ludlowe High School's annual fashion show Wednesday.

"Every year all the students in the fashion program display the garments that they have created throughout the year," according to student Claire Mepyans.

This year's theme is Ludlowe Vogue, "taking inspiration from fashion's iconic Vogue Magazine throughout the years," Mepyans said.

There are four levels of Ludlowe's fashion program. "Each year gradually increases in difficulty," Mepyans said. Students start out in Fashion 10 using commercial patterns to designing their own three-piece selection in Fashion 30 and Fashion 40, she added.

The show starts at 7:30 p.m. in Fairfield Ludlowe's cafeteria. The $1 admission goes toward Relay For Life, which takes place June 8 - 9 at Ludlowe.
