What are the job titles for #'s 41,44,45 and 47-50? We have a Superintendent,a Deputy Superintendent, and an assistant Superintendent, all receiving overly inflated wages and medical benefits paid by the taxpayers.

Education scores are dropping, yet we are still rewarding Central Office. Has Central Office become a overpriced employment agency? Based on these salaries, taxpayers should be demanding ever improving results! Instead, Central Office continues to take away student services while enriching themselves. Where is the Accountability?

I thought Margaret Mary Fitzgerald (#43) retired after her post as Director of Human Resources. She is still employed by Central Office? Is she part time?

Double Title's salary and I still wouldn't take that thankless job.

What makes you think you are qualified for the job? What's your background?

Oh you don't know that Professor Fredlowe is the Patch "Top Scorer". He seems to treat these pages like a pinball game seeking to achieve the highest score by spreading his joy and liberal half witted commentary on the whole of the Patch. However, like in pinball when you lack finesse you "TILT". So he is no pinball wizard! He thinks he is and he is very full of himself. In his mind he is brilliant and everyone else is a mere mortal. I submit to you that he is a student of Saul Alinsky. So don't waste your precious time with this guy (or girl- since he often accuses others of being the opposite gender) Not sure what that means psychologically. He is a perpetual whiner and doesn't want to nor is he capable of "engaging" in an intelligent open minded discourse of any kind. Nuff said. Now I'm wasting my time. Then you wait a few minutes and his other accounts come to the rescue in virtual agreement in an attempt for him to gain credibility. If he is a troubled and lonely soul problem is he sure is arrogant and all-knowing- that's the cunundrum. He is an excellent spell checker and his grammar is par excellence. Other than that his $.02 is worth exactly that! Sometimes less. IMHO.

I'm flattered that you trolls are still following me around the site...Its like my own personal white trash entourage! Great job picking apart what was meant to be a hypothetical statement. Have at it! You might want to also take a break from whatever your "normal" day is and go for a walk or do something to attend to the obvious anger you both employ. A pity that you can't stick to the theme of this article--and that analyzing my posts are more important to you than this article. Oh well, such is life. I plan to post next in the "Superbowl Snacks" article if you want a clue. I'll give you an hour or so to spellcheck yourselves and come up with some ways to disparage my left-wing, pro-Obama, anti-gun chicken-wing fetish.

Don't flatter yourself "Top Scorer". Follow you? We keep stepping into your like dog poop. You never answered regarding your credentials! What a surprise! I know- The truth hurts! As far as trash...you are the expert in it and the greatest purveyor of it. And from what I can tell many others agree with me. I wish there was a Flag I could click to eliminate all of your self absorbed gibberish.

The education business in this country is the single largest contractual employer . When jobs in the private sector started becoming harder to get, there was a flood of so called 'educators' entering the 'business'. A good number of these people entered not because they were terribly adept at their newly chosen craft. In fact, a good number of them entered into this business because of the money and the fact that salaries had gotten so out of whack, it just made economic sense to be in this 'business'. Get paid if you do a good job, get paid the same if you do bad. Wonderful protection if you are challenged on your competency. Legal advice and representation if you really screw up. Unions to protect you. What more could someone want? Perks to die for. But the dream isn't always a lasting one. As long as the economy was roaring along, people grumbled but took the outlandish perks and pay increases negotiated and demanded by the unions for these servants, with a grain of salt. With our 'new' American economy, however, things have changed. The owners of the house, taxpayers, are seeing what the 'help' has been and is currently doing with our money, how they are taking advantage of their 'masters' at every turn. Tax payers are very angry. This is what is beginning to happen here. Bad management of critical monetary tax resources. The school Board should be ashamed. The town representatives should be ashamed. Our leaders should be ashamed. Give the money back to the parents.

Our RTM,the BOE and the BOF all ok'd this feeding at the public trough.Looks like alot of the great unwashed taxpayers protesting the crazy administrative, bloated education industry and their coziness with town government might have something. This has been going on for years.
