IMPROVE SPORTS PERFORMANCE & DECREASE CHANCE OF INJURY
Our camp strives to give 13-22 year old athletes of all sports the knowledge to properly train their body’s for optimum sports performance and increased injury prevention through a fine combination of modern, ancient, and alternative conditioning modalities. Students will train and learn Strength & Conditioning, Martial Arts, & Yoga as well as receive lectures from experts in the human body, nutrition, and injury care.
