Summerdance 2011: Ages 3 – 8

July 5th – July 29th       1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks

3 & 4 yr old Program:
Each 2 hr session includes age appropriate movement exploration, storytelling & crafts

(based on same themed weeks as the 5 – 8 year old program below)
9:30 – 11:30 am Mon, Wed & Fri Tuition: $120/week or $440 for all 4 weeks (snack included)

 

5 – 8 year old Program: Tuition: $175/week or $665 for all 4 weeks (snack included)  

Students may enroll for 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
Dances, arts & crafts and more will be based on the theme of the week.
Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 12:00 noon 
Week 1: “Enchanted Garden”  July 5 – July 8
Week 2: “The Magic Castle”  July 11 – July 15
Week 3: “Fun at the Circus”  July 25 – July 29

Week 4:  “Angelina Ballerina & Fancy Nancy”

Summerdance 2011:  Pre-Teens & Teens

July 11th - 29th

Level A: students who have completed Ballet Level 1 or Ballet 2 or equivalent
Tuition – $200/week
Students may enroll for 1, 2 or 3 weeks Monday – Friday, 12:45 pm – 3:00 pm

Daily classes in ballet, a second class in modern dance, mime, jazz or choreography


Level B: students who have completed Ballet Level 3 or Ballet 4 or equivalent
Tuition – $300/week
Students may enroll for 1, 2 or 3 weeks Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 2:00 pm
5 days per week with classes in ballet, pointe, modern dance, jazz, character, mime or choreography.

 

Level C: students who have completed Ballet Level 5 or higher or equivalent
Tuition – $300/week
Students may enroll for 1, 2 or 3 weeks Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
5 days per week, focusing on classical ballet technique and pointe.

 

Adults may take ballet classes with Level C.
Dance cards may be used for payment.

 

ADVANCED AUGUST INTENSIVE: August 15-20, 2011 Tuition – $325
A 6-day program for advanced and advanced/intermediate students who have completed Ballet 6 or higher features daily ballet technique class followed by classical variations on pointe, Flamenco, partnering, modern dance, jazz, Pilates, yoga. The session will end with a master class.

 

Choreography Workshops: August 30 – September 11, 2010 Tuition – $325 (dates subject to change)
(No Class Saturday, September 4 through Monday, September 6 – Labor Day Weekend)

By invitation to students who have completed Ballet level 4 or higher.
Students who participate in this 2-week workshop will take a ballet class followed by a class to learn new choreography for the coming season.

 

Tuition Policy

$30 Annual Registration Fee is required for enrollment
All tuitions are due on or before the first day of class
