A Perfect Fit fitness studio is starting a new winter schedule of small group exercise classes.

Pilates - traditional mat class designed to strengthn the core, while working on breath control, flexibility and proper alignment.  

Legs, Butts and Guts - this belly busting booty-shaping class focuses on your lower half.

Cardio kickboxing - set to high energy music and choreographed with kicks and punches, this class will get your heart pumping and your body sweating.

All  Classes run for 10 weeks, and class size is limited to 10 participants.
