Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga classes take place four times per week at Mother's Embrace Yoga.. located in the White Hills Shopping Center in Shelton.  Safe for all trimesters and for those expecting twins.  No prior yoga experience required.

Wonderful way to network with other moms-to-be in a welcoming and nonjudgemental atmosphere.  Classes taught by certified prenatal yoga specialist with more than 7 years of experience.
