Safe and gentle Prenatal Yoga .. offered 4 times per week at Mother's Embrace in White Hills Shopping Center in Shelton. We cater to moms-to-be with not only yoga but prenatal massage, infant/toddler CPR classes, Childbirth ed and Breastfeeding classes, as well as two postnatal support groups that both include the babies!
