Fairfield Prep's Connor Rog finished ninth Saturday at the Northeast Regional cross county championships with a time of 16:03, which qualified him for the national championships in San Diego on Dec. 10.
Earlier in the year, the Jesuits' senior standout won the CIAC Class LL and state Open titles and finished second in the New England Regionals.
