Bobby Valentine is expected to be named the next Sacred Heart University athletics director, according to a report in the Connecticut Post.

The Stamford native, restaurateur, and former New York Mets and Boston Red Sox manager will reportedly take over when current athletics director Don Cook retires on July 1, a source told the Post.
