Here are five things to know about Fairfield for Tuesday, June 25:

1. The weather. Expect Tuesday to be sunny with temperatures reaching a high near 87. There is a chance for showers and thunderstorms after noon.

3. Board of Education. The school board meets at 7:30 p.m. (following a 6 p.m. executive session) on the second floor of 501 Kings Highway East to discuss, among other things, the superintendent's contract. Click here for an agenda.

4. Love Free or Die. The Fairfield Theatre Company will host a screening of this film at 7:30 p.m. "Love Free or Die" is about Gene Robinson, the first openly gay person to be elected bishop in the high church traditions of Christendom.

5. Look Good, Feel Better. Look Good, Feel Better is an American Cancer Society program that helps women with cancer improve their appearance and self-image through hands-on beauty techniques. It is being offered at the Norma F. Pfriem Breast Care Center on Beach Road from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday.
