Register for the Hot Oil 5K: The Colony Grill Post Road "Hot Oil" 5K race is Sunday, Nov. 10. The field is limited to 1200 runners and nearly 500 have signed up already -- don't miss your chance to register! The race benefits local police and fire department community initiatives.
