Colony Grill has been making pizza since 1935 in Stamford. It recently opened its doors in Fairfield, in the former Fairfield Stationers location on Post Road. It's just pizza -- there is nothing else on the menu. However, this place has seriously loyal fans who will line up and wait for tables and then wait 25 - 30 minutes for the pizza.
