The Scandinavian Club was established in 1915 to preserve Scandinavian traditions and culture. The club includes members of Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian and Swedish heritage, and holds dinners, dances, picnics and parties. The clubhouse is available for rental. The club also sponsors musical groups, fairs and festivals, and activities for children include picnics, an Easter egg hunt, a Christmas party and the annual Lucia celebration.

Great place to hold an event, seats 170 with room for a dance floor or 200 without a dance floor. Large open deck overlooks large field and wildlife sanctuary. 1 minute walk to beach, great for wedding photos.<br>Bring your own caterer, band or DJ, and beer/wine/liquor. <br>Very private setting at the beach area near the Southport border.<br>Wedding or Bar Mitzvah, Sweet 16, anniversaries, and business lunch or dinners.
