Get Your Spin On: ZenRide Opens in Fairfield [VIDEOS]

ZenRide is Fairfield's only dedicated Spinning studio. Watch the videos to learn how to set up your Spin bike and maintain proper form.

Jessica Gray is looking forward to launching her business -- the Spinning studio ZenRide -- in Fairfield,  a community she believes is home to people who are passionate about health and fitness.

ZenRide, the town's only dedicated Spinning studio, opened last week. It's in the Post Road shopping plaza, situated near Bob's Stores.

The studio is equipped with 30 bikes, a changing room, and a bathroom. Gray and her team of dedicated instructors are offering free rides through Sunday, Aug. 25 -- though your first ride is free no matter when you take it with ZenRide.

In the videos attached, Gray, a certified Spinning instructor, demonstrates how to set up your bike and maintain proper form for a successful Spin ride.

Once you figure out your bike settings, Gray or your instructor will take note so you can set up the bike the same way for each class.

ZenRide will hold a Grand Opening ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 7, at 11 a.m.
Visit www.zen-ride.com to check out class schedules and to reserve your spot in a class. Walk-ins are welcome if bikes are available.
