Dylan Connor

The songs of Fairfield CT's own Dylan Connor bear the weight of confessional, the warmth of home, and the torch of the great protest writers. His latest record, Primitive Times shows the influence of Billy Bragg, Bruce Springsteen, The Lemonheads, and more. Connor himself is an activist, coffee house enthusiast, teacher of Latin, and prominent local figure. He's found resonance internationally as well, being the first American songwriter to sing in solidarity with the rebels in Syria. His 2011 song, Feza Feza (Help Help) was even featured on Al Arabiya TV.

In writing Primitive Times Dylan Connor has solidified himself as a voice of empathy, understanding, and progress.
