Power Up Your Job Search with LinkedIn -- a Jobs Series Program at the Fairfield Public Library

So much has changed and continues to change in the world of social media, but LinkedIn remains the cornerstone of every professional’s online presence. Learn how to strengthen your online biography and get noticed by recruiters and hiring managers with LinkedIn expert Carol McManus.  Be part of the 1% that truly stands out in the crowd!  This program will take place Wednesday, October 16 at 7:00 pm in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.

Presenter Carol McManus, America's LinkedIn Lady, is the owner of YWait4Success, a coaching, consulting and leadership training company. A self-described “recovering corporate executive,” she left her position as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations for Coldwell Banker in 2007 to create her own company. Through the use of social media she quickly grew her business to six figure success.

Additional Jobs 2013 programs scheduled this fall include: Interviewing Skills, October 21, 10:00 am; Advanced Resumes, November 4, 10:00 am; and Over 40 and Looking for Work, December 2, 10:00 am.
