Westport Film Festival Engages Community Members and Environmental Groups, Friday, March 15th
Friday, March 15th, Wild & Scenic Film Festival at the Westport Woman's Club.
On March 15, 2013, from 5:00pm - 9:30pm, Friends of the Norwalk Islands and Live Green Connecticut! are host to the Wild & Scenic Film Festival at the Westport Woman's Club. The Wild & Scenic Film Festival brings together five amazing films, local green heroes, leading activists, social innovators, eco-entrepreneurs and engaged community members from throughout Fairfield County, for a lively evening of socializing and interesting conversation in Westport, Connecticut. An incredible selection of thought provoking films, food and beverages, socializing and networking, are all a part of the festivities. Environmental information, exhibits, cool and eco-friendly cars, as well as a silent auction round out the evening.
Community partners include Fairfield Green Drinks, Green Village Initiative, Stamford Green Drinks, Westport Electric Car Club, Westport Green Task Force and Live Green Connecticut!
