The 5th Annual Black Rock Halloween Parade & Block Party

Please join us for what has become our premier event of the year, with


hundreds of children and adults joining in the fun. 4:30 ASSEMBLE at Ellsworth Field. 5:00 MARCH to Black Rock Branch with a mounted police escort. 5:15 MAKE MERRY! Food, Tricks, Treats, Stories with Miss Michele  and ONLY THE PUMPKIN KNOWS WHAT OTHER TREATS OR TRICKS ARE IN STORE!



In the event of rain, the party will start at 5:00 at the library.
